Modified Intel/Mattel QX3 "Play" Microscope (total cost was about $50 via eBay)

Modified to be used as an image acquisition camera for my Leitz Labolux and Ortholux Microscopes. Real time video (.avi) with frame capture (.jpg) through USB port to PC. Plastic lenses, lower case/lighting were cut away and discarded; PVC plumbing fitting, extra 10x eyepiece fitted to remaining upper case. Camera slips into any standard 23.3mm tube. I adjusted so that camera is par-focal with eyepieces...
